We are utilizing the BEST inspection system available for oil & gas wells. The equipment can be calibrated in minutes! Equipped with solid state HALL effect sensors for HIGH RESOLUTION! It is the ONLY 6 function well head inspection unit.
The scanning process uses induced MAGNETIC FLUX to measure and record pipe wall thickness as it is pulled from the well. The signals allow us to monitor BOTH inside AND outside wall thickness!!
With this information we are able to provide our customers with grade classifications AND identity imperfections in the tubing.

The hydrostatic test tool is set with slips, to hold the tool while testing. The tool assembly remains inside of the pipe, and is re-positioned with the units wireline wench, after each stand is made up. The sinker bar tool is removed by the wireline operator after each test and is hung back in the corner of the derricks legs, out of the rig crews way.
After each test, the tool string is removed so testing in, or out can be achieved at the same pace. However, testing while tripping back in the hole ensures no collar leaks.
